Student Information

If it has been more than two (2) semesters since you attended classes at MCC

You will need to:

Complete the Student Information Form:

There are two different ways to complete the Student Information Form (SIF)

The first option is to fill out the form online by visiting My.maricopa.edu. We highly recommend filling out this form online by clicking the link below.

If you need help, you can learn how to use My.Maricopa.edu.

If it has been one (1) or two (2) semesters since you have taken classes at MCC

You will need to Update your personal information.

Follow these steps to edit your contact information:

  1. Sign in to My.Maricopa.edu
  2. Click on the item to update under Personal Information tab or in the Contact Box
  3. Update your information
  4. Click Save
  5. Click Ok

If you are not able to change your name on-line - Please visit the student affairs office on your campus to change this information.
