MCC and MPS Liaison Named as One of YWCA’s Honorees
MESA, Ariz. – Nov. 6, 2009 – Deanna Villanueva-Saucedo, liaison for Mesa Community College and Mesa Public Schools was named as one of 11 YWCA honorees for 2010. Villanueva-Saucedo’s selection represents leadership in education. Her contributions impact underserved publics, specifically the Hispanic population. She also coordinates community outreach efforts on behalf of the college and school district.
The honorees will be recognized at the 2010 YWCA Tribute to Women luncheon Thursday, February 25, 2010, at The Arizona Biltmore in the Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom from 11:30am-1:30pm.
