Mesa Community College is required to comply with Arizona Proposition 300.  (read more about prop 300)

Until you show proof of residency to the college, we are required to charge out-of-state tuition prices.

To qualify for in-state tuition and state financial assistance, students must provide documentation as proof of lawful presence in the United States. Acceptable documents include a birth certificate, an Arizona driver license or ID card issued after 1996, and official immigration papers. Students who successfully complete the federal Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will not need to show additional proof of citizenship.

Your documents need to be presented to:

Southern and Dobson Campus Admissions Office (view map).

Red Mountain Campus Enrollment Services Mesquite Building  (view map)
